Barn Conversion, Ground Floor Re-Fit

As part of a Barn Conversion that Marsden Builders Ltd were undertaking, we were contracted to prepare the subfloor and install a floor finish. We first laid two coats of primer to act as a barrier from the Gyvlon Screed subfloor, before overlaying this with latex cement. We then installed a Karndean flooring finish with HT adhesive as the subfloor contains a heating system.
