Phill has worked within Floorcovers since it was established in 2015 and has an extensive background of working in the flooring industry with over 25 years under his belt. His knowledge and experience include industrial resin flooring installation, white rock wall cladding, and sales & marketing. Phil has worked worldwide, offering his advice and expertise to a range of different projects, and can discuss at great length topics such as sub-structure to final floor finishes.

Phil has worked within Floorcovers since it was established in 2015, but before then worked at Sea-Land Flooring LTD for 35 years fulfilling a variety of roles from floor layer to contracts manager. Phil has covered the British isles completing work for different contractors in an extensive range of sectors from fast-food chains, to aircraft manufacturing facilities, thus building a vast network of contacts in the industry. Thanks to this, he was asked to lend his skills to contracts in the United States of America and Puerto Rico. Phil's experience allows him to offer only the best advice within the industry, specialising in sub-structure solutions, right through to bespoke carpets.
