Nestlé, Production Facility

At Nestlé's production facility in York, we were contracted to lay Altro Reliance Safety Flooring over steel decks that housed the manufacturing equipment. To achieve this, we had to first degrease the whole area and fill the welded steel joints with two-part catalyst filler. Next, we began to lay the floor finish, with a polyurethane adhesive, complete with welded joints and an AltroMastic sealant. The edges of the steel steps were finished with Gradus Nosings.
